United Kingdom introduced new legislation on 13 February 2023, referring to commercial road transport operators. The regulations impose on the transport companies heading to the UK, an obligation to secure vehicles diligently, as well as check security measures and condition of trailers after each stop on a regular basis, at every stage of transportation.
Every professional driver who sets off to the UK shall have a checklist onboard. The form should be filled it on an ongoing basis and presented to the Border Force officers in case of inspection. Below, you can find a link to an official checklist form.
