We are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, we are aware that transport is unpredictable - so in urgent cases (accidents, arrests, vehicle seizures) we do our best to help you at any time of the day or night. In such cases, you should send us an e-mail and additionally confirm by SMS that the case is urgent. If your case does not require us to act urgently, then the best thing to do is to send us an e-mail and attach all the documents you have regarding the case. In cases requiring a personal meeting, we are at your disposal upon prior arrangement.
