We have been supporting transport companies all over the European Union since 2006. We provide legal, technical and organisational assistance from the very beginning of a company’s operation. We support transport operators in terms of:
- Opening a transport company in the UK and in the EU,
- Obtaining a certificate of competence or providing a person with such a certificate,
- Implementation of a time management system for drivers,
- Technical advice on equipment for reading and archiving tachograph data,
- Services of the DGSA - Dangerous Safety Adviser, drawing up reports in accordance with the ADR Agreement, technical inspections of means of transport with respect to the transport of dangerous goods,
- Legal assistance in case of EU-wide road controls, appeals against administrative penalties, fines, vehicle seizure decisions,
- Assistance in disputes with Border Force in case of detection of illegal immigrants,
- Provision of legal representation in Germany, France and Italy regarding the posting of workers in transport up to 3.5 tonnes maximum permissible weight,
- Services of document translation into most European languages (and vice versa).
